How to prepare for your carpet cleaning.
The goal of this page is to make your carpet cleaning go smoothly and affordably for you!

-
Please clear a spot in your driveway near the front door for us if possible.
-
Please have the rooms prepared, clutter/clothes/toys cleaned up. Furniture moved, and a thorough vacuuming.
-
Furniture moving is completely optional, it's whatever you want!
If you want furniture moved, please move what you can before we arrive. We do NOT charge to move small, light pieces. Anything heavier than a recliner will incur a $10 fee. Anything breakable, or too heavy for our tech to move will not be moved.
-
Pet Odors: Please be aware we can only treat pet odors in the carpet itself.
Because pet urine can also be in the pad, subfloor, baseboards, walls, air vents, etc. we CANNOT guarantee how much the odor will improve because we only clean & treat carpet.
-
Payment is due at the time of the cleaning appointment.
-
Our minimum charge is $150.
-
Extra large rooms may count as 2 (or in extreme rare cases even 3-4). However we are very forgiving with this. If your areas are slightly bigger, don't sweat it. 99 out of 100 jobs fit within our normal pricing structure. Scroll down to see how we define room sizes.
-
Please remember we will always take great care when working in your home, but accidents do happen. If we break anything we'll always come to you right away, if you notice anything out of the ordinary please contact us within 24 hours.
-
There are no perfect companies, but we will always work to make things right. If you are unhappy with your cleaning for ANY reason, please call us right away. We want you to be a happy client for life, not just a one-off job.
What to expect
Remember, we schedule things in one hour arrival windows. This gives our technicians the flexibility to do the job right and not rush through it.
You'll receive a text from your tech when he's on his way. If you need anything, reply to that text or call the number to visit with the tech.

When he arrives, he'll tour your areas to be cleaned. He may ask questions or offer you additional options for you home.

Next, your tech will start setting up and determine the best machine and solutions to clean your specific carpet.
When he's done, he'll load up and make sure there's nothing else you need. Payment is due at this time, if your tech did a wonderful above-and-beyond job you can say thank you with a tip... but it's certainly never expected so don't feel obligated!

After the job, let us know if you need anything else. We want to keep you as a client for life, not just a one-off job. So if you're not happy for any reason... we NEED to know!!
Frequently Asked Questions
-
How long will the carpet take to dry?
The carpet is left damp, not soaked. It is very common for it to feel mostly dry by the time we leave your home! In other cases it should dry by the end of the day. However, this will very by carpet type, time of year, thermostat settings, etc.
-
Should we stay off the carpet after cleaning?
No. Everything we use is extremely safe. You will not harm anything by walking on the carpet and it will not harm you. We will also leave behind shoe covers just for your convienence if you don't want your feet getting wet. NOTE: Certain stains may need an after treatment, if this is the case we will warn you beforehand.
-
Are your cleaning solutions non-toxic?
Yes. Even though we can buy multiple cleaning chemicals in town, we pay extra to have ours shipped in from across the country because we want the safest, high performance cleaners we can find and we are always testing more!
