There is a $150 set up fee UNLESS you have had a cleaning within the past 10 days. The set up fee is waived if you schedule a cleaning with us. (Your cleaning takes the place of the set up fee) If you are currently on the calendar, that cleaning will be full price and take the place of the set up fee.
